Neal has enjoyed being a part of and working in the construction & equipment rental market since 1975. He has been a sales associate with M.J. Miller Combined Companies, Inc. since 1985. In 2010, he took over as Operational President of M.J. Miller Combined Companies, Inc., and in 2025 purchased the company, making him the Owner of M.J. Miller Combined Companies, Inc.
